Good on your Franki! We all have bad habits to tangle with from time to time - I actually give myself a cheat day once a week where I eat what ever is around, oh and its desert day so we have sweets ... LOL. However I found that because I'm not eating very much sugar during the week, when I do eat it on Sundays, I find it almost too sweet.. Simon discovered he gluten intolerant about 6-7 years ago and hasn't really eaten any bread/pasta since and claims he doesn't even miss it any more - so our brains can be tools WE train to do the 'good for us' things we want ;-)

Great Post.
MY STORY:

As an entrepreneur who is mostly working from home these days, sometimes from the time that I roll out of bed until I roll back in bed, I’m working & writing & responding to emails, etc.

For exercise, I like doing Fitness Blender exercises on YouTube. I like the Tiffany Rothe 10 minute stomach video also on Youtube. I like this 5=10 app on my Kindle. The great thing about all of the aforementioned is that you do the exercises in increments of 5-10 minutes.

I also like long walks in the park what I call Mastermind walks for focus and clarity.

I drink a smoothie mostly every morning or I eat a piece of fruit. For the rest of the day mostly, I eat crappy. I fight against my bad eating habits each day.

I’m more productive at this point in my life than I’ve been in a decade. That’s because I’ve left behind many toxic & energy-draining relationships.

Best,
